Chaise Longue ring (white gold)

Extolling the concept of chair making jewelry was the purpose of the jewelry firm Bagués for this 2011, and it has kept in the collection "Homanaje", a perfect metaphor for the everyday become spectacular pieces of fine jewelry.

Like the chairs have been designed, manufactured and designed to offer a comfortable rest, a stone mount does the same: the medium on which a gem is set to be conveniently and perfectly lucid for perpetuity subject to the set.

Bagués creatives wanted to translate the concept of chair of the jewel, "laying " the real gems on structures designed for recuperation.

Thus, designers of the firm have made a thorough study of the most representative chair designs of the past two centuries to choose the most appropriate for collection "Homanaje" which opens this 2011 for Bagués.

Thus was born the Bristol ring based on the model of chair Thonet 14 of the Austrian Michael Thonet (late nineteenth century), functional, wooden and full of curves.

Chaise Longe ring arises from the Barcelona chair by Mies van der Rohe (1929) and Diva from Donna chair designed by Gaetano Pesce (1969), the first being the stroller-long scissors chair and the second of pop-style art.

From the metal and canvas chair AEO (1973) by Paolo Deganello borns the Crown ring while the avant-garde stool W. W. Stool by Philippe Starck is the inspiration for the Baile ring model.

With all this, the brothers Oliveras Bagués offer us a collection where precious stones appear resplendent with generous sizes and bright colors, a room in their seats, comfortable, relaxed, safe ...
