After 16 years of hard work, McBride Charles Ryan (MCR) is an important benchmark in Australian architecture. They have numerous national awards and also internationally as Victorial Architecture Medal (2005) and the Best House award of the World Architecture Festival (2009). In addition, in 2010, the Klein Bottle house has been awarded the Grand Design Award for Best International House.
