Ana Gonzalez is an emerging fashion designer with many possibilities to find a place among the greats. Now it is more than "promise of the sector". His courage in the design denotes concern, fascination with new and an amazing gift to surprise the public.

Ana Gonzalez founded "Ana Locking" in 2008 but his first successful raid was fourteen years ago with  fashion company "Locking Shocking". She made his debut with the collection "Reentry" for the Winter 2008-09 season, and caused such a sensation that in February 2008 he was awarded the L'Oreal Paris for the best collection of Pasarela Cibeles Madrid.

The following year in November, Cosmopolitan magazine nominated her designer of the year. Of course, a nomination more than justified, because Ana Locking is an innovative company, mindful of the trends that have come and ahead of them. SPINNING DESTINY

Destiny and pleasure perspective. The future of the aesthetic canon. I constantly wonder if fashion, as an expression, can become a way of interpretation of our wishes and fears, without giving up seduction, to the aesthetic and the sensory pleasure which as always been innate; or if this ‘guilty beauty’ doesn’t have any other choice other than ‘be dissolved in the bitter helplessness of the form’.

I believe that destiny is inherent in the human character, and it shapes our personality. It gives us indications about the term of our behaviour. Our destiny and future can be written in our character. Should a strong character impose itself to improvisation and to the fussy twists of destiny or should we accept we don’t have it and give up to the countless possibilities destiny can provide us?.

I’m one of many dreamers who believe in the ridiculous purpose of trying to defy luck, with more or less audacity, and impose ourselves over the future of our own destiny. I ignore if it would be possible to find the balance that would open a way of understanding between character and destiny. Which part of destiny relies on fait and which part on our character?
